Cardinal Deli is known as the hidden gem on the St. Lawrence River. After taking over the deli in 2016 with my late husband, I have been able to indulge my love of cooking and use my skills and experience to grow the deli into a must-see spot in Cardinal. My ideal day is spent developing new recipes using local products, whether that’s a locally brewed drink from next door or a jar of honey harvested down the road. Our menu changes regularly, based on what I'm cooking up in the kitchen so make sure to stop in often, so you don't miss out - my limited-edition creations are available while supplies last (pssst! Don’t worry, I usually post the recipes to my blog after…)!
